Grade one halloween crafts.

New Haircut

Kenzie was trying to help me get a picture of my new haircut.

I told the lady I was just tired of my hair and I couldn't seem to make it look nice. Normally I get a perm but my hair was just too dry. So she suggested this!

Then I went to pick out my glasses and the lady there told me I was very outdated! Not me - my glasses. But it will be at least three weeks before i get them.

Award's night at the J C Charyk High school in Hanna. Colt got a scholarship and an honors award.

His girl friend Stephanie got an award or two or 17. No kidding!! Is it any wonder she was valedictorian!!!!

For Judy- if you want to make one. The sides that go up to a peak at the top are 35 inches.The short side to the bag is 21 inches. IN the middle is a pouch that measures 20 inches at the bottom and 15 at the top ( which is the print material in the picture) and it has a zipper down the middle of the pouch.

Ask and ye shall receive.... pictures of said neice (small chuckle)

And that is my day plus running to town to pick kids aup after dance and scouts and paying a bill for the school council I am on, and the normal doing dishes making beds and having the kids read to me and study french and get their baths etc. Oh and I had a nice long visit with my niece today. Wish I had a picture of her to put on here. But we can talk about anything and everythig and I think we did just that today. She really bolsters my spirit.

Many many times. Well only four loads and I was finished!

My camera. Another whole story!! I bought Colt a camera like this for his grad present. He really loved it but alas in Utah on a hiking trip he was taking pictures and stepped back and stumbled and well.......broke his camera! I really felt he needed one for his mission so I bought him another one. I kept borrowing his because mine would take four pictures and needed new batteries. So Colt gave me for a belated birthday present a camera just like his. I have been loving it although I don't know how to run all the fun options yet. I had it put up high so I could download onto my blog and I was tidying up the livingroom when I found it on the floor and it didn't work any more.Well I am really into my camera now and blogging and scrapbooking so I went and bought myself another camera. So I guess Colt and I have REALLY expensive cameras now.lol.
And on the same sunday we got a seat belt ticket coming home from church. I would say we have our belts on 95 % of the time but none of us had put them on yet.

Our landlord's son moved cows all day. Lots of mooing going on and four large liner loads of cattle and still more for tomorrow. Looking out my livingroom window.

Mission accomplished.

This is what we were doing today. Not in any order because I would have to add the oldest stuff first and go newer because I can only post so many pictures at a ttime. Now that I have thoroughly confused you. This is our day!

So we had to get a new micro-wave and while I was waiting in line at Mcdonalds at Wal-mart a lady came up to me and talked to me about the micro wave I had in the cart. She said she had bought that exact one and it didn't work good and wouldn't even pop popcorn. She said it only had 700 watts and you needed at least 1000. (Who'd of thunk????) I knew nothing about this kind of stuff so I went and changed the micro-wave. This morning I went to make hot chocolate and boiled the milk over and cracked the glass. Its great having a micro-wave that actually HEATS things up!
