We had a Robbie Burns supper and Bro. Begg is scottish. The kids all call him Bro. McScotch.

Sister Gillis is teaching how to make cards which comes uner Fine Arts # 23 Make six homemade cards and mail them to someone. For our lunch we had homemade breads and homemade jams and jellies that came under Food Science and Nutrition # Take a loaf of homemade bread to neighbor or friend and also it could mean you finished #5 make jam or jellies and #11 Bake all the bread your family uses for two weeks with whole grains.And #25 Substitute fresh milk for powdered milk in at least two recipes.

Alisha is teaching sign language which comes under Social Science #14, Take a foreign language.

In our Stake we are working on a Personal Progress type of activity called "Preparedness by Degree". We have several "colledges" to pick our degree from. 1.Theology 2.Applied Arts. 3.Business and Economics 4.Fine Arts 5.Food Science and Nutrition 6.Clothing construction and Interior Design 7.Emergency Prevention and Management 8.Language Arts 9.Physical Education ( we are 'walking to Salt Lake'-every 15 minutes is worth some kilomenters)10.Social Science 11.Psychology 11.Career Developement.

Another top I finished today. I had put the border on with material I had and I didn't like how it looked. Steph found me some of the same material I had been using so I redo the two borders. I love it. It may be one I keep for myself.

I finished two quilt tops today. This first one I had got some material with black children on for my girls but not enough to make anything so i added matching squares. This one is for Tashena and I will make Shaylee and Ta'merra one just a little differant each. But not Ta'merra's this year because i am going to finish the "my little pony one I started embroidery a few years ago.

This is one of the quilts I am working on. I started it a while ago and put it away while working on christmas.

Hopefully these pictures will work. This is Brynlee Faye Hart, daughter of Brendan and Danielle. She was very bruised at birth but it all going away. She weighed 5 # 6 oz.
